China successfully launched Tianlian 2-03, its data relay communications satellite, at 1630 GMT on 12 July.
The satellite was onboard the Long March 3B/E (CZ-3B/E) rocket, which was launched from Xichang Satellite Launch Centre, China. Tianlian 2-03 is the seventh active satellite in the Chinese Tianlian constellation in geostationary orbit.
