Hawkeye 360 an American newspace company developing a satellite-based Radio frequency geo-intelligence product, completed a Series D round of financing on 8 November. This new funding is reportedly valued at US$145 million, and takes the total raised by the company to US$302 million.
Hawkeye utilises clusters of three microsatellites to triangulate the location of RF emissions globally. Its third cluster was launched in June this year. It was anticipating to launch two further clusters in December on a SpaceX rideshare mission but this has now been delayed until January next year.
