At 0709 GMT on 17 March 2022, a Long March 4C (CZ-4C) rocket was launched from the Jiuquan Satellite Centre China. It was carrying Yaogan 34-02. This is officially a remote sensing/Earth observation satellite. The spacecraft is built by SAST. However, analysts are noting that its orbit is 1097 x 1092 km orbit inclined at 63.4 degrees.
