China successfully launched a Long March 4C (CZ-2D) vehicle from the Taiyuan Satellite Launch Centre, China, at 0311 GMT on 26 December 2021. The launch vehicle was carrying the Ziyuan 1-2E imaging satellite and the Xixwan_3 (CAS-9) technology demonstrator and amateur radio satellite built by students of the 101 High School in Beijing.
Andrew Jones, writer at Space News, published this movie clip of the launch on his Twitter page. The launch vehicle appears to be shedding a lot of insulation debris.
