It carried Singapore’s TeLEOS-2, a radar imaging satellite, and the cubesat LUMELITE-4 for the National University of Singapore. The PSLV upper stage will remain in orbit with an experimental platform dubbed POEM-2, carrying seven additional hosted payloads. The planned low Earth orbit 618 x 588 km orbit at 9.9 degrees inclination was achieved.
