On 26 January 2023, at 0932 GMT, a Falcon 9v1.2FT Block 5 successfully launched 56 Starlink Gen2 satellites from Space Launch Complex 40 (SLC-40) at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station. Their intended orbit is eventually into a circular orbit at an altitude of 530 km, inclined 43 degrees to the equator.
First stage B1067 landed successfully on the drone ship ‘Just Read the Instructions’ around 410 miles (660 km) downrange in the Atlantic Ocean, approximately 8 minutes 40 after launch. This was 9th successful reuse of the first stage booster. The multi-purpose recovery ship ‘Bob’ is expected to retrieve the fairing halves for later reuse.
